Harry Potter Wedding Ideas

Novelty and fun weddings are some of my favorite things to explore.  And yes, I admit it, I am a huge Harry Potter fan!  So after finding this sparkling Slytherin inspired photo I got started on a couple of HP keepsake wedding bouquets with snakes, wooden wands, owls and more.

Thinking of hosting your very own Harry Potter inspired wedding? Explore unique ways to make your wedding exciting and special with the most amazing  decor.   A sorting hat makes a cute addition to an escort card table, or think about adding a card box in the shape of the goblet of fire where guests can drop their well wishes for you and your beau written on parchment papers along with cards for the day.

If you plan a Harry Potter inspired wedding, share with us, there are so many fun elements to include in wedding decor. Are you a Slytherin, a Gryffindor fan, a Ravenclaw or a sweet Hufflepuff?  Be inspired by what you love, and at the wedding be prepared to bust a move to Harry Potter tunes including “Do the Hipogriff,” and have fun!

In the meantime, check out these two posts inspired by Happy Potter for additional ideas. One features an engagement photo in a Slytherin theme via Capitol Romance. Bree really captured the fun side of HP in this engagement photo post. Hope you visit this blog which I find totally amazing, unique, fun and so beautiful too!  The  other post is a styled photo shoot designed by Abby Grace Photography, with lots of very beautiful and detailed wedding decor,

Soon I’ll be finishing up my HP florals designs. I truly cannot wait, need to find just  a couple of rhinestone pendants to include, and then I’ll post the photos here for you to see. Accio pendants!
